Meet Your Administrative Team!

Chances are you've spoken on the phone with one of these ladies more than once, but we think our administrative team deserves a special shout out for all the work they do. They are the ones that make sure you have all the support you need for your communities to run smoothly and efficiently. We'd all be lost without them!

We want to take a minute to say THANK YOU to this wonderful team and introduce you a little more personally!

Judy Tran | Judy is based in the Guardian Seattle corporate office and assists portfolio managers and communities located all over Washington State.

Fun Fact: "I'm the 6th of 8 kids! I have 2 sisters and 5 brothers. Also, I met my husband in Australia, and after a 6 month long distance relationship he moved to the United States. Two years later, we got hitched!"

Sheila Robertson | Sheila is based in the Guardian Portland corporate offices and assists portfolio managers and executive team members. She supports communities located in Oregon, Washington state, and Arizona.

Fun Fact: "I have a background in early childhood education previous to my position at Guardian. I provided daycare services for the children of several professional athletes."

Crista Gortmaker | Crista is based in the Guardian Portland corporate offices and serves as the Portland corporate office manager in addition to assisting portfolio managers and our vendor relations department. She supports communities located in Oregon, Washington state, Arizona, and Alaska.

Fun Fact: "I'm a beer connoisseur and am just starting to make my own IPA. I also play futsal to stay in shape. Our team name is the Proper Pints."

Zong Moua | Zong is based in the Guardian Portland corporate offices and manages reception duties and supports office administration.

Fun Fact: "I like all sorts of crafts - scrapbooking, cards, jewelry, and cake décor."

Anne Crudden | Anne is based in the Guardian Portland corporate offices and assists portfolio managers and their communities located across Oregon.

Fun Fact: "I play four musical instruments well - french horn, flute, piano, and guitar."
