Honoring the 2013 Superior Resident Survey Award Winners!

We are proud to honor several Guardian communities who received Superior scores in this year's Guardian Resident Survey! In partnership with SatisFacts Research and Survey Monkey, Guardian asked our residents to provide feedback on the operations, physical aspects, and staff performance at the community where they live. We will use this feedback to update our best practices and improve training so that every Guardian resident has an exceptional experience.

To qualify for a Superior Resident Survey Award, communities had to score at least a 4.0 on a 5-point scale and have a minimum of 5 surveys returned. This year, 48 communities qualified for this recognition:
