Welcoming Kim DeMarcus to the Guardian Team!

Guardian Real Estate Services is excited to announce the addition of Kim DeMarcus to our team. Kim joins Guardian as the Manager of Compliance and Administration where she oversees Guardian's Compliance Department, the Portfolio Assistants and Corporate Support Staff. Affordable housing is an important aspect of Guardian's business and our in-house Compliance Department is responsible for ensuring our properties meet all regulatory expectations. 

Kim is skilled in the intricacies of affordable housing programs and has more than 20 years’ experience in the Multifamily Industry. Most recently, she served as the Executive Director for a low-income housing and community development organization in Albany, Oregon. Kim is also an elected officer on the Board of Directors for Oregon's Affordable Housing Management Association (AHMA) and holds the following industry designations: Certified Occupancy Specialist by NCHM, Housing Credit Certified Professional by National Association of Home Builders and Certified Property Manager Candidate by the Institute for Real Estate Management.
