that Deborah Kamprath has joined Guardian Real Estate Services as our Vice
President of Property Operations. Property
Management has been the core of Guardian’s business model for nearly four
decades. With our depth of experience and proven track record, we have grown to
be one of the most active management companies in the region. Focusing on smart
growth and economic viability, we have made a key executive level hire within
Guardian Management, LLC. This will add a critical layer of operational
management that will allow us to diver deeper into our core values and continue
to deliver exceptional results to owners, investors and residents.

Deborah oversees all aspects of
our property operations at Guardian, including property management, compliance,
maintenance and administrative support. Prior to joining Guardian, Deborah
oversaw property operations at Nevada HAND in Las Vegas and Mid-Pen Housing in
Foster City, California. She also formerly served as Vice President of Asset
Management for SunAmerica Affordable Housing, overseeing a portfolio of tax
credit general partnerships. Deborah brings over 25 years of experience in
conventional and affordable property management, asset management and
development to Guardian.
In addition to earning her
Master’s in Business Administration with an Accounting Emphasis from the
University of Oregon, Deborah also received her Certified Property Manager
designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a HUD
Certified Occupancy Specialist and a House Credit Certified Professional. Her
strong and diverse housing background is a very exciting addition to the
Guardian Team.
