Congrats to the 2014 Resident Satisfaction Award Recipients!

The annual Guardian Resident Survey responses have been reviewed and tabulated, and we want to recognize some outstanding communities who achieved noteworthy scores on this year's survey! Congratulations to all, keep up the great work! How's this for bragging rights: Guardian communities achieved an overall "superior rating" for our office and maintenance staff professionalism and response time. Also, over 90% of our residents said they would recommend their community to a friend! This shows significant growth from last year and an increase in customer satisfaction.
